Chef de Partie - Banqueting Kitchen

As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of our Banqueting Kitchen team, taking ownership of your section and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for a wide range of high-profile events across multiple venues within the hotel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further develop their skills within a dynamic kitchen operation.

Our Ideal Chef de Partie Will:

Be passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional quality.
Take responsibility for managing and maintaining their designated section during service.
Support and mentor junior chefs, helping to develop their skills and confidence.
Thrive in a busy banqueting environment and remain calm under pressure.
Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills.
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Consistently produce dishes to the highest standards of presentation and quality.
Be eager to learn, develop, and progress within the business.
Have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure stock is used efficiently and support efforts to minimise food waste and maximise profitability.
