Within the Operations Area, we are looking for a Methodist to join our site in Cascina Costa (VA), Italy. The methods specialist supports Technical Areas, clarifying and improving the instructions issued and resolving any non-conformities which emerge during the activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In accordance with the technical and Maintenance Data documentation and the regulations which apply, the methods specialist is responsible for drawing up the technical documentation used to provide the operators with instructions on the maintenance/overhaul activities.
• Issue of technical documentation, useful to perform maintenance/overhaul activities.
• Monitoring of maintenance planning (periodic maintenance program).
• Support the activities of the department, in respect to the maintenance program monitoring, maintenance rationalization and maintenance requirements analysis.
• Configuration management
• To collaborate with the dedicated team for Overhaul manuals and  Maintenance manuals improvement.
• Management of the configuration for new part numbers, in conjunction with the Production Planning office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Qualification in Mechanical or Aeronautical Field;
• Seniority: junior 1–3 years of experience;
• Technical skills and competencies: ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Soft skills: problem solving attitude and capability to handle multi-tasks and priorities Activities, pro-activity, team-working and cross-functional capabilities, continuous improvement mind-set;
• Language skills: intermediate command of the English language (B1/B2 level);
• Digital skills: office suite;
• Additional requirements: availability to travel.

How does the selection process work?
