Business Intelligence Analyst

Your Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
Partner with global stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
Challenge business requests and recommend better analytical approaches.
Drive BI governance and ensure data consistency.
Optimize dashboards and reporting performance.
Identify automation opportunities.
Collabroate with IT and Data teams to implement new reporting capabilities.
Present analytical findings to senior leadership.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Your Profile

6+ years of Business Intelligence experience.
Advanced Power BI.
Strong SQL.
Experience with Microsoft BI technologies.
Experience translating businnes needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Advanced English.
Strong analytical mindset.
Comfortable interacting with senior leaderhip.
Ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

Logistics or FFWD experience.
Finance overall knowledge.
Azure acosystem.
Power automate.
