Field Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities

Proactively engage with potential clients to build strong new relationships and offer customized logistics solutions.
Present Leschaco company overview, products and service information, and our Value Propositions
Identify specific customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions that solve their logistics challenges
Provide commercial support during business implementations and trials for all products
Provide service requirements based on direct customer feedback to assist in vendor qualification and selection
Provide commercial feedback for pricing / rate negotiation with vendors
Achieve assigned sales targets through new business development and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular reporting to management.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent
6-10 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new customer accounts.
Solid experience in complex solution selling with a consultative approach, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Fluency in English is required; Chinese language skills would be a strong advantage.
