About the role

We are seeking Officer File Creation to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on system data entry to support our logistics operations. You will play a key role in creating files in the order management system, managing carrier bookings, and drafting essential transport documents to ensure every shipment starts with accuracy.
What you'll be doing

• Update and monitoring the sailing schedule for customers
  
• Check and monitoring the e-mail and document to customers
  
• Create file and data entry in “Leschaco Order Management System” for export and import as per customer request
  
• Create carrier booking and monitoring shipment until on board
  
• Create CRW (Container Railway Bill) and tracking order
  
• Draft the bill of lading, Arrival Notice, Port order, etc
  
• Create Dangerous Goods Declaration’s carrier form
  
• Create and booking the invoice to the customer
  
• Others are assigned by superior

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 0 - 2 years in related field Import – Export, Freight Forwarding and New graduates are welcomed
  
• Good command of English
  
• Good team player and Operational Skill
  
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Program
  
• Preferably with working experience in multinational freight forwarder
  
• Strong interpersonal skill good coordination good relation and Service Mind
