Officer Full Loop Services

About the role
We are seeking Officer Full Loop Services to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on end-to-end shipment coordination and documentation to support our customer service excellence. You will play a key role in issuing documents, coordinating with overseas colleagues, and monitoring shipment status to ensure a seamless logistics experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Create BL's and send out to carrier or customer as per request
  
• Check and amend the BL’s as per request
  
• Coordinate with carrier, customer and agent at destination
  
• Investigate the issue of customer to operations side
  
• Monitor, check, and follow up the operate email
  
• Send out the final documents and other related documents
  
• Update status of shipment in the system
  
• Create and submit the document in the system and send out to customer/ overseas colleagues
  
• Any other tasks assigned by superior

• Bachelor’s Degree
  
• New graduates are welcomed or experienced in Logistics field would be advantage
  
• Good command of English
  
• Good team player and Operational Skill
  
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Program
  
• Strong interpersonal skill, good coordination, good relation, and service mind
