ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Key Holder serves as a trusted leader on the sales floor and supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in maintaining daily store operations. This role acts as the point person when store leadership is not present, ensuring that the client experience, operational standards, and sales performance remain consistent with LESET’s brand values.

The ideal candidate is an energetic and responsible team player with a passion for fashion, client relationships, and elevated service. This individual leads by example through strong product knowledge, styling expertise, and a proactive approach to supporting the team and store environment.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards
• Complete end-of-day reporting and support cash handling and deposit processes
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service
• Achieve individual sales goals while supporting overall store performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with LESET brand standards
• Maintain store visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Ensure store has adequate operational supplies for daily business
• Support overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishment, and inventory organization
• Provide leadership presence on the floor when Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present
• Communicate store updates and observations to management team

• Achievement of individual sales goals
• Client retention and repeat client engagement
• Conversion rate and average transaction value
• Visual merchandising and operational compliance
• Accuracy in cash handling and reporting
• Team collaboration and positive client feedback

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS - REQUIRED

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or contemporary fashion
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and approach challenges with solutions
• Flexible availability and ability to work at least 30 hours per week
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS - PREFERRED

• Clothing or styling experience
• Previous keyholder or leadership-on-duty experience
• Understanding of current industry trends

SOFTWARE / APPLICATIONS REQUIRED

• Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
• Retail communication or scheduling platforms
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (basic proficiency)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during retail shifts
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the sales floor and stockroom

• Ability to operate POS systems and retail technology

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS 

• English — Read, Write, and Speak fluently
• Additional languages preferred but not required
