Job Overview:

A Warehouse Associate 4 has extensive knowledge and experience in different warehouse areas, including shipping, receiving, e-commerce, loading, unloading, order fulfillment, and restocking. In this role, you can operate various types of material handling equipment, like reach trucks, forklifts, and cherry pickers. You must keep your work area clean and organized. You are also responsible for safely operating the equipment while following the company's rules and safety and productivity standards.

Pay Rate: $19.20 /Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Receiving/Put-Away - Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Prior to product storage, count all product, compare to manifest, and check all shipments for damage. Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments on appropriate form and forward to supervisor. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas. Perform pallet put-away.
• Order Picking - Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is selected. Carry or transport orders to proper staging locations.
• Quality - Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
• Loading - Efficiently move product from staging or storage areas into trailers. Ensure all product is safely stacked, wrapped and loaded in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Equipment – Safely and efficiently operate forklift or other material handling equipment as required and assist in the loading or unloading of merchandise as needed. Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, and storing functions as needed.
• Safety/Sanitation/Security – Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Comply with OSHA and SDS standards.

Qualifications:

• High School or GED Preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a Drug Screen and Background check.
• Must have experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of related warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of experience driving various warehouse equipment (Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, etc.)
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Perform all other warehouse duties as assigned.
