The Director, Levi's Women's Wholesale Planning is responsible for leading the strategy, pre-season and in-season forecasting, inventory investment decisions, and driving the overall financial performance of the Levi's® Women's Wholesale business.
As a planning leader, you will translate business strategy into actionable financial and inventory plans that drive profitable growth, optimize inventory productivity, and support long-term brand and category expansion. You will partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Inventory Management to influence business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and deliver financial commitments across multiple customers, product categories, and channels.
Reporting to the Senior Director, US Wholesale Planning, this role leads a high-performing team of planning professionals and serves as a key representative of the Women's business in executive forums, influencing decisions that impact a significant portion of the U.S. Wholesale business.

About You
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $167,300 - $245,400 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
