About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across targeted market segments. The role combines outbound prospecting, digital engagement, account research, and data-driven outreach to generate qualified pipeline and new business opportunities.

The SDR uses sales technologies and AI-enabled tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, identify buying signals, and qualify opportunities before transitioning them to Account Executives or other sales team members.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and digital outreach.
• Research and identify target accounts, customer segments, industry trends, and buying personas to support strategic sales initiatives.
• Use Salesforce, Groove, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales technologies to manage prospecting workflows and improve productivity.
• Develop personalized outreach campaigns tailored to customer needs, business priorities, and market conditions.
• Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to enhance account research, content development, campaign customization, and process efficiency.
• Qualify leads and opportunities using established sales frameworks and defined qualification criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Business Development teams to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
• Achieve individual and team-based activity, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution goals.
• Continuously develop expertise in company products, services, industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support sales strategy and marketing initiatives.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to research and identify new business opportunities.
• Comfortable working with sales technology platforms, CRM systems, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple prospecting campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment.
• Able to come into the Boca Raton office twice a week.



U.S. National Base Pay Range: $42,600 - $70,800. Total Target Cash Range: $65,600 - $109,000. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.





Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
