    Lean & Process Excellence Manager*in (m/w/d) - 📍Luckenwalde (On-Site) | mit Unterstützung des Standorts Augsburg

    In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die einmalige Chance, den Lean-Ansatz an unserem Standort in Luckenwalde von Grund auf mitzugestalten. Du entwickelst nicht nur Konzepte und Roadmaps, sondern setzt sie gemeinsam mit den Teams direkt auf dem Shopfloor um.

    Dein Impact

    ✅ Du etablierst eine nachhaltige Lean-Kultur an einem Standort, der sich noch am Anfang seiner Lean-Reise befindet.

    ✅ Du führst Lean-Methoden wie 5S, Huddle Boards, Visual Management und KPI-Steuerung ein und sorgst dafür, dass diese täglich gelebt werden.

    ✅ Du analysierst Prozesse, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und leitest Projekte, die messbare Verbesserungen in Qualität, Produktivität, Sicherheit und Kosten erzielen.

    ✅ Du coachst Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende und befähigst Teams, kontinuierliche Verbesserung selbst voranzutreiben.

    ✅ Du unterstützt perspektivisch auch unseren Standort in Augsburg und trägst dazu bei, Best Practices standortübergreifend zu etablieren.

    ✅ Du hilfst dabei, den Reifegrad der Organisation weiterzuentwickeln und die zukünftige Lean-Roadmap aktiv mitzugestalten.

    Das bringst du mit

    ✔ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (mindestens), Black Belt von Vorteil

    ✔ Praxiserfahrung in Lean, Operational Excellence oder Continuous Improvement innerhalb eines Produktions-, Labor- oder technischen Umfelds

    ✔ Erfahrung in der Einführung und Umsetzung von Lean-Tools wie 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, KPI-Steuerung und Problemlösungsmethoden

    ✔ Du bist gerne auf dem Shopfloor unterwegs und packst selbst mit an

    ✔ Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Change Management

    ✔ Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition

    ✔ Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten

    ✔ Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-/C2-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
