Reporting Coordinator

We're seeking a Reporting Coordinator to join our team and help deliver accurate reports and excellent customer support to organisations that rely on our services every day.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude who enjoys working with data, systems and problem-solving.

Working with colleagues across Reporting, Customer Services and Technical teams, you'll help ensure participants receive accurate results, high-quality reports and excellent service throughout their proficiency testing journey.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating reporting activities for allocated proficiency testing schemes.
• Producing, checking and distributing reports and supporting documentation to participants.
• Providing first-line support to customers via email and telephone, helping them with result submissions, reporting queries and system-related questions.
• Accurately entering, validating and maintaining participant and scheme data.
• Assisting with the setup of new scheme years and supporting reporting system configuration activities.
• Supporting testing and validation of system improvements and new functionality.
• Monitoring reporting schedules and helping ensure deadlines are met.
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Supporting departmental objectives and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with data, systems and administrative processes.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in administration, data processing, customer service or reporting roles.
• Experience working in a regulated, quality-focused or technical environment.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience supporting business systems or customer-facing platforms.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
