Opportunity Overview

The LHW Sales Team is seeking a Sales Intern to join the São Paulo office, supporting the team responsible for the Brazilian market. This internship offers hands-on learning and exposure to the sales function within the luxury hospitality segment.

Internship Objective

To support the Sales Department in the execution of daily processes and initiatives, contributing to the intern’s professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation of reports and materials for the sales team
• Updating and maintaining internal databases and portals
• Assisting in the organization of events, sales initiatives, and commercial activities
• Supporting the delivery of webinars and hotel presentations
• Creating sales and commercial presentations
• Conducting research on luxury and hospitality market trends
• Updating information across LHW internal portals
• Entering and organizing data in Salesforce
• Liaising with suppliers and supporting event planning activities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a Brazilian university
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Spanish proficiency is desired.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and responsibly
• Interest in the luxury hospitality industry
• Professional demeanor suitable for a corporate environment

Internship Details

• Monthly allowance: BRL 1,500.00
• Meal voucher: BRL 770.00
• Insurance: Personal accident insurance
• Working hours: Up to 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, within standard business hours, in accordance with the agreement with the educational institution
• Hybrid work: 2 days working in the office and 3 working from home
• Vacation: 30 days of paid vacation
• Location: Alameda Joaquim Eugênio de Lima, 424 – 10th floor – São Paulo, Brazil
