The Senior Overall Program Lead is responsible for driving large, complex, and strategically significant transformation programs that span multiple functions, platforms, and workstreams. This role serves as the central orchestrator of delivery across business, technology, operations, and enabling teams—ensuring strategy is translated into clear, integrated plans; risks and dependencies are anticipated early; and execution occurs with discipline and consistency.
The Senior Lead converts strategic objectives into prioritized, actionable roadmaps; coordinates cross‑program dependencies, shared resources, and sequencing; and partners with senior executives to drive decisions on investment, risk, and direction. They serve as the single point of accountability for program health, milestone delivery, governance, communications, regulatory engagement, and financial tracking.
This role advances Execution Excellence by embedding the Execution Excellence Blueprint into planning, governance, transparency, and delivery rigor. The Senior OPL strengthens execution maturity across teams, raises program governance standards, and uplifts delivery capability across the organization.
