Location: This position is based on-site in Moscow, Idaho, and requires five days per week in the office. We will consider only candidates who currently live locally or are willing to relocate.

Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, market share, and other key performance objectives
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
Engage prospects and customers to understand business challenges and demonstrate the value of Lightcast solutions through a consultative sales approach
Manage an assigned territory and pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and sales activity within CRM and sales tools
Build long-term customer relationships and identify renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
Collaborate with Legal, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to execute deals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Represent Lightcast as a trusted partner through effective presentations, calls, and customer meetings
Continuously develop sales skills, product knowledge, and market expertise to drive customer and business outcomes
3–5+ years of experience in consultative or solution-based enterprise sales required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
Proven record of strong sales performance and consistently achieving results
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills, including proficiency with Salesforce
Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Salesloft
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and achieve goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Self-motivated, coachable, and curious about workforce analytics and labor market data
Willingness to travel as needed
