As a Sales Associate, you contribute to providing a pleasant, personalized and memorable shopping experience. You assist customers throughout their shopping journey, share your knowledge of our products and ensure that every visit to Linen Chest is a positive experience.
Your main responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly, warm and personalized service;
- Understand customers' needs and advise them on products that suit their needs and personal style;
- Present the features, benefits and details of our products;
- Build trusting relationships with customers to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Achieve sales targets by providing relevant recommendations and suggesting complementary products;
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our products, promotions and policies;
- Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, clean and well organized;
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience;
- Participate in the overall operations of the store and follow company policies and procedures.
