Responsibilities
The appointees are expected to

• provide support to the administration of academic taught and research programmes including admission, subject registration, class timetabling, examination, student liaison and professional accreditation
  
• plan and organise related events such as seminars, conferences, ceremonies, exhibitions, information days, etc.
  
• liaise with internal departments and administrative units as well as external parties/organisations to execute various programmes and activities
  
• perform any other duties as assigned by the Person-in-Charge or his/her delegates
  
• work outside normal office hours and/or outside Hong Kong, China occasionally
  Requirements
  
• a recognised degree, preferably in Business, Communication, Engineering or Science-related disciplines
  
• at least two years of solid work experience
  
• a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage
  
• have good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Preference will be given to those with solid knowledge of the tertiary education sector in Hong Kong, China and the Chinese Mainland
  Salary and Benefits
  The commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
