Responsibilities
The appointee is expected to

• Provide a wide range of administrative support to the Division of Artificial Intelligence
  
• Prepare reports and proposals
  
• Provide secretarial support to various committees
  
• Handle purchases, reimbursement, payments and other financial and budgeting matters
  
• Liaise with internal and external parties
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  Requirements
  
• A recognized Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in the tertiary education sector; For Senior Administrative Officer, the candidate should have at least four years of relevant working experience
  
• An excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  
• High level of competence in computer literacy
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong sense of responsibility
