Ventocore is currently hiring for a customer service representative for a growing manufacturer and distributor company!
Job responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls from customers and help to solve customer issues.
Processing credits and RMA’s
Tracking backorders
Performing data entry of all types of orders
Interacting with production and shipping to insure timely service.
Requirements:
Must have 4 or more years experience in customer service.
Strong communication, interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment!
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
