KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- CRM Operation: support strategy-oriented and data-driven customer engagement operations, contributing to cross-channel ((e.g. WeCom, Mini-Programs) activation plans for brand building and business goals.
- Cross-team Collaboration : co-work with multiple stakeholders, ensuring deliverable qualities while developing positive working relationship with clients.
- Innovation Support: assist in business innovation that meets company and client needs, identify new solutions in data and agent applications in line with the current AI trend.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- We seek professionals not limited to traditional marketing or consulting, but individuals from various industries who can think independently and apply innovation in client solutions.
- Knowledge and understanding on China retail and consuming market, WeChat ecosystem, E-Commerce & Data usage and related technology.
- Data analysis and processing capability is a plus.
- Design and creative experience is a plus.
- Finance and accounting knowledge and experience is a big plus.
