Position: Engineering Manager (3G/LTE)
Location: Bangalore
Description:
- At least 13 years or more of experience in the telecom industry
- Must have strong technical background in 3G and/ or LTE technology (LTE preferred) – can be on RAN side or Core Network Side
- Must have gone through at least one complete product development cycle from Requirements through Acceptance
- Experience of managing a team of around 30 people; including 2-3 First-line Managers (FLMs)
- Excellent planning, tracking and execution skills – proven risk mgmt., stakeholder mgmt. and delivery capability (within organizational metrics)
- Ability to adhere to and institutionalize processes within the organization
- Experience in interfacing with customer in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales engagements
- Experience in driving business proposals to clients/customers in telecom domain
- Strong business orientation and people mgmt. skills
