1. Candidate must have 3-5 years of strong experience in automation testing using tools like HP QTP and SAP TAO
2. Should have worked in SAP TAO for atleast 2 years
3. Should have good experience in automating SAP applications
4. Should have good knowledge in VB scripting and automation framework designing using QTP
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
