Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT Infrastructure system included server, network, on-premises services, cloud services to meet department KPIs

• Responsible for project planning, testing, and deployment of IS Infrastructure including data center, server, network and cloud services.

• Manage and maintain security patches update for server, network equipment, client computer

• Generate report for monitoring IS Infrastructure system such as server and network availability, server backup, anti-virus updates, security patches update report.

• Maintain IS security for all IT infrastructure equipment and services to compiles with IS policies, procedures and CC EAL6 requirement

• Analyze and troubleshoot IS infrastructure & security incident and identity potential improvement

• Monitor system performance and network connectivity; ensure system availability and reliability.

• Handle IS Infrastructure incident and provide corrective and preventive action to improve level of the Infrastructure services

Qualification

• 5 years of experience as IT Engineer / Windows System Engineer in an international environment

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, IT OR related filed

• Strong experience in Windows Servers, O365, Active Directory

• Good knowledge in IT Security, especially security incident

• Knowledge in IT policies / IT procedures / IT Workflows

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Thai and English
