The Cocktail Server is a guest service agent that works closely with the Bartenders in welcoming and serving our guests.
- Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service of drinks orders from casino guests.
- Communicates drink orders to Bartender, assists with proper garnishes of drinks.
- Delivers drinks, collecting payment when required by company policy.
- Removes empty glasses and trash as needed.
- Assists the Bartender in stocking and cleaning the bar area.
- Complies with department, state, and federal rules, regulations, as they pertain to service of alcoholic beverages.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training and possess valid AAT card.
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
