We are seeking an experienced Slot Technician to maintain and repair all casino gaming devices, including maintaining service records on all devices.
Duties include:
- On-going installation/relocation/removal of all gaming devices throughout the property.
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on all gaming devices and ticket kiosks, including diagnosis testing, troubleshooting, and repairs while ensuring minimal out of service time.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on machines.
- Provide excellent service to guests by addressing issues or answering questions.
- Prior slot technician/mechanic experience is required.
- Must have extensive knowledge of electronics and different types/manufactures of slot devices, including knowledge of schematics and technical manuals.
- Experience with slot computer tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift to move/relocate gaming devices.
