Who We are Hiring:
We're currently hiring CDL Drivers! Enjoy the benefit of being home daily while making a real impact by helping us collect and transport waste and recycling from customers to various disposal sites and recycling centers.
Our drivers operate a variety of trucks and are expected to uphold safety on the road as professional drivers, following all CDL regulations.

The Responsibilities of this Residential Route Driver would be the following, but not limited to:
· Depending on the route, the Truck Driver hired would be responsible to pick up trash/MSW or Recycle on a residential route.
· Once route is completed, the Truck Driver will be responsible to empty his or her truck at the designated Landfill or Recycling Facility.
· Perform your assigned route in a timely but safe manner.
· Complete your pre and post trip inspections on your truck.
· Check in with your Route Manager when your route is completed.
· Follow the route that is given to you to assure accuracy in picking up all your stops.
· Attend all Monthly Safety meetings and be an active participant.
· Give your opinion and think outside the box to help with route efficiency.
The salary/hourly rate for the individual(s) we are seeking will be determined based on experience. The Trash Man, will consider hiring a Truck Driver that is looking to get in the field and need on the job training if it is a good fit for both the company and the individual seeking the job as long as you have a valid CDL. The individual we are seeking must be able to work independently, work as a team, be on time, follow instructions and most importantly have a positive attitude, while also working in a safe manner!
