This is not traditional Physical Therapy.
At Moody AFB in South Georgia, you will work within the fighter community, supporting Air Force aircrew whose bodies absorb the physical demands of combat aviation and still must be ready for the next sortie.
Moody’s 23d Fighter Group operates two combat ready A-10C squadrons today, while the base prepares for a proposed transition to the F-35A and the next generation of the Flying Tiger mission.
That puts you in a rare position.

Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will support US Air Force fighter squadrons as an embedded asset under the Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS) program. You will help maximize the physical readiness and long-term health of fighter aircrew by addressing musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries, particularly related to neck and back pain caused by flight demands. As a multidisciplinary team member, you will be an important part of the injury prevention, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation aspects of fighter aircrew.
