Your main tasks
- End-to-end ownership of the recruiting process and responsibility for creating a positive candidate experience — from needs clarification and active sourcing through to contract signing
- Close collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Active candidate sourcing via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals)
- Conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and inperson) and performing structured candidate assessments
- Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events
- Coordinating and supporting the onboarding process for new employees
- Ownership and coordination of cross‑functional HR and recruiting projects
- Supporting the implementation of IT projects within the HR / recruiting environment
- Analysis and continuous optimization of recruiting processes and tools
Your profile
- Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in HR / recruiting
- Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is desirable
- Strong communication skills, discretion, a structured working style, and enthusiasm for learning new things and actively shaping processes
- Very good command of German, Italian, and English
- Willingness to travel between our locations in Unterinn, Bolzano, and Vintl

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
