Floor Manager

The Floor Manager will be:

Leading the team by example, setting and demanding a high standard of customer service and making sure the venue looks the best it can at all times.

The position is for a full time contract, and ideal candidates will have:

• Good understanding of hospitality business: main drives, priorities, margins
• Ability to manage and maintain control of a busy shift: staff, guests, bookings, walk-ins, shortages, breakages, apocalypses.
• Self-motivation and resourcefulness.
• A keen attention to detial.

Key duties:

• Managing efficient service daily.
• Hands-on approach - welcoming guests, waiting on tables, preparing drinks.
• Enforcing the standards - by force if needed
• Progression possible after level 80.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a high paced, premium environment
• Barista and bar training is a bonus

• Starting from £14 p/h plus bonuses and share of tips
• Full time, with weekend availability is a must
• Paid breaks
