Position Summary:
The Birthday Party Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all birthday party guests. This role includes setting up and cleaning party areas, coordinating activities, assisting guests throughout their event, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. The attendant serves as the main point of contact for the birthday family, ensuring every party runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Party Coordination and Guest Service: Greet and assist birthday families and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve as the primary host for the party, managing the schedule and flow of activities.
- Communicate clearly with parents, children, and guests to ensure all needs are met.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.

- Party Setup and Cleanup: Prepare the party area before each event, including decorations, table settings, and supplies.
- Ensure food, beverages, and cake are presented according to party standards.
- Clean and reset the party space promptly after each event to prepare for the next group.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all guest areas during the party.

- Assist with the timing and coordination of activities, including meal service, cake cutting, and gift opening.
- Ensure safety and supervision of children during all activities.

- Report any safety concerns, accidents, or incidents to management immediately.
- Maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff members.

- Communication and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with food service, entertainment, and management teams to ensure seamless party execution.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding schedules, supplies, and any guest concerns.
- Participate in pre- and post-shift meetings to discuss event details and performance.
