What You'll Be Doing
Qualifications
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through an accredited certifying organization.
OR
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through an accredited certifying organization.
OR
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current Montana LPN license.
RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before providing independent patient care, whichever comes first.
Preferred Experience
One (1) year of experience in a medical practice setting preferred.
Medical office experience and medical terminology training preferred.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, basic laboratory values, pharmacology, infection control practices, and HIPAA requirements preferred.
Previous experience in a specialty clinic or working with patients and families navigating complex care needs is a plus.
Professional Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Commitment to professionalism, patient confidentiality, and exceptional patient care.
Ability to act with integrity, kindness, and empathy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn additional software systems as needed.
Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
