    Logan Health Medical Center is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to join their dedicated inpatient team!

    What You’ll Do:

    • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.

    • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy in partnership with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.

    • Perform comprehensive assessments, establish functional goals, and document progress in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

    • Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions.

    • Participate in departmental initiatives, quality improvement projects, and programs that enhance rehabilitation services across the continuum of care.

    Your skills ensure timely, effective therapy that keeps patient care on track, reduces hospital stays, and advances Logan Health’s mission to provide exceptional care.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Current Montana Speech/Language Pathology License (required) or obtained prior to hire date

    • CPR/BLS within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.

    • Two (2) years of experience in speech-language pathology preferred

    • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

    • A collaborative mindset and a passion for patient care and continuous learning

    Shift:

    Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

    Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts

    Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
