The Graphic Designer II will be responsible for designing and delivering both digital and print creative that supports marketing initiatives, campaign development, and event experiences, while driving consistent, high quality brand experience across all media outlets. Success in this role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized while delivering high-quality work while managing multiple projects and priorities at once. Work collaboratively within a team of designers, and marketers to assist in the implementation of evolving brand developments and updating brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other internal clients/departments to identify and create promotions and member communications.
- Build and maintain rapport and strong working relationships/partnerships with internal customers.
- Create promotional and external design concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with design team and social media/content team to create visually compelling and engaging graphics for the Logix website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Design marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, postcards, newspaper, magazine, and outdoor ads.
- Design large format collateral for branches, member awareness campaigns and events.
- Participate actively in brainstorming and content planning sessions, contributing creative ideas that align with the Logix brand and resonate with diverse audiences.
- Champion the Logix brand and ensure marketing and communications adhere to brand standards.
Qualifications
Education
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Preferred.
Experience
- 2–4-year minimum experience in graphic design.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability- A minimum of 2 years working with a formal business brand.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Must be able to work in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- The ability to manipulate 3D files using Blender or other like software, 3D animation.
- The ability to quickly turn around rush internal projects.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task accurately and timely in a deadline driven environment; ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Financial institution design compliance experience preferred.
- Use existing tools/processes to solve tasks/issues assigned to them.

Pay Range
USD $27.91 - USD $41.87 /Hr.
