SUMMARY

Work independently in the field providing the customer with product and service requested.

ESSENTIAL
DUTIES include the following. This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions, it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

• Operate and maintain flotation and post emergence application equipment
• Apply fluid fertilizers and pesticides on various crops
• Evaluate field conditions and communicate situation to field representative on an as needed basis
• Facilitate coordination of nursing equipment
• Collect and submit soil samples and develop corresponding maps
• Assist Field Representatives in daily activities to enhance sales growth
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as designated by Plant Manager

• Ability to safely operate and maintain large machinery
• Must be proficient in mathematics
• Must be a self starter with positive attitude
• Understanding of crop production business
• CDL a plus (training provided)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Farm background preferred
