The Senior Risk & Safety Analyst supports the organization’s risk management, workers’ compensation, safety, and office operations functions under the direction of the VP, Human Resources and Risk. This role tracks and analyzes risk exposure, coordinates insurance renewals and claims, administers the Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance program, and maintains workers’ compensation and safety compliance programs, exercising discretion to determine which matters require escalation to the VP. The role also oversees office operations and facilities coordination, with the support of two part-time Office Assistants.

This is a hybrid position that requires schedule in office days, and provides teleworking opportunities based upon our hybrid workplace policy. Standard business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime work may be required to meet operational needs or support special events/projects.
To be able to work a hybrid schedule, Team Members must be in good standing, current on their IT data security training, have a reliable and secure internet connection, and must be able to communicate and collaborate using Microsoft Teams. Hybrid Team Members are expected to meet their goals, maintain a professional and safe work environment and set clear boundaries between work and personal time.
