💰 Pay & Bonuses

• $14.00/hour (1st Shift) → Hourly Rate with Bonus: $15.25/hour*
• $16.00/hour (2nd & 3rd Shift) →Hourly Rate with Bonus: $17.25/hour*
• 💸 $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus

🕒 Available Shifts

1st Shift:
Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Mandatory overtime on Fridays & Saturdays

2nd Shift:
Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

• Mandatory overtime on Fridays & Saturdays

3rd Shift (Weekend Shift):
Friday–Sunday: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

• Mandatory overtime may include Monday & Thursday

Must be flexible to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect and verify transmission parts for quality and accuracy
• Assemble components using hand tools and automated equipment
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Record production and quality data
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic English reading and comprehension
• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required
