About the Role:

As an Operator in the durable goods manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production machinery and equipment. Your primary focus will be to maintain consistent product quality while meeting production targets and adhering to safety standards. You will be responsible for monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Minimum Qualifications:
