Founded in 2016, Longroad Energy is a U.S.-based energy company focused on developing, owning and operating energy and digital infrastructure projects throughout North America. Longroad has developed or acquired 7.6 GW of renewable energy projects and has raised $20.6 billion of equity, debt, and tax equity to support completion of its portfolio. Job Purpose
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the wind turbine facility, which consists of 57 turbines with a capacity of 119.7 MW located in Idaho Falls, Idaho (Meadow Creek Wind Project). This includes day-to-day operations, maintenance, fiscal accountability, and administrative functions in line with corporate strategies and objectives, while ensuring the safety of all onsite personnel and equipment. Key focus areas include safety leadership, turbine availability, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
