Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that's the kind of work we want to be part of.

As a Project Coordinator – Technical Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting labeling and packaging operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. • Create, revise, and maintain label designs, proofs, and printed samples for client review and approval.
    • Collaborate with Project Management and other stakeholders to ensure labeling requirements and translations are completed accurately and on schedule.

    • Ensure labeling processes comply with cGMP requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
    • Partner with Quality, Operations, Purchasing, and external vendors to support investigations, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities.
    • Promote a strong culture of safety and sustainability by following established procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.

    What we are looking for

    • Associate degree in Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
    • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of label design, printing, document control, or packaging operations.
    • Strong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
