    Position Overview

We are seeking an onsite Marketing Manager who thrives on execution, operates effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and understands how to translate marketing strategy into consistent, measurable daily action.

This is not a passive or purely strategic role. The Marketing Manager will serve as the operational engine of the marketing team, ensuring that campaigns, communications, initiatives, and practice-building efforts continue moving forward with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail. This position requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, following through on deliverables, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and results.

The ideal candidate will function as part project manager, part creative producer, part performance analyst, and part team coordinator, balancing big-picture marketing objectives with the day-to-day execution required to bring those objectives to life. You will be expected to monitor timelines, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, evaluate performance, communicate progress, and proactively address obstacles before they impact execution.

In addition to marketing responsibilities, this role will include operational oversight of office and clinic activities. The Marketing Manager will be expected to demonstrate initiative in identifying workflow gaps, supporting consistent operational standards, coordinating across departments and locations, and helping ensure that our offices and clinics operate efficiently and cohesively.

Success in this role requires more than generating ideas. You must be willing and able to execute them. We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, follows through, communicates effectively, and understands that strong marketing in a healthcare environment is closely connected to the patient experience, employee experience, and overall performance of the practice.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    Execution & Daily Oversight

    • Own the day-to-day marketing calendar across digital, print, in-clinic, and community channels.
    • Track progress across active initiatives and campaigns, ensuring no ball is dropped.
    • Coordinate across internal stakeholders (e.g. clinical ops, front desk, physician liaisons) and external partners (SEO, Google Ads, creative vendors, printers).
    • Monitor performance dashboards (website traffic, lead volume, patient acquisition cost, etc.) and surface actionable insights.
    • Maintain accountability on timelines, deliverables, and quality control for all marketing outputs.

    Content & Communication

    • Manage the production and distribution of ongoing patient communications (email, web, print).
    • In collaboration with leadership, you will build content pillars and strategy for all social channels, and lead execution.
    • Support development and execution of referral outreach materials, front-desk scripts, and location-specific marketing assets.
    • Partner with physicians and staff to localize content and messaging by clinic.

    Brand & Presence

    • Ensure brand consistency across all locations, signage, brochures, swag, and online profiles.
    • Help manage online reputation (Google reviews, Healthgrades, Yelp, etc.), and surface reputation trends.
    • Support ongoing efforts to improve the in-clinic experience from a marketing POV—TV screens, printed materials, posters, etc.

    Ideal Candidate

    • You take ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to do—you identify what needs to happen, take initiative, and own the execution from start to finish.
    • You are motivated by progress. You get genuine satisfaction from crossing things off the list, moving projects forward, and making progress visible to the team.
    • You thrive in high-volume environments. You have experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, preferably within healthcare, and understand how to maintain consistency while managing competing priorities.
    • You are exceptionally organized. You are comfortable working with systems, processes, timelines, and multiple projects at once without losing track of the details.
    • You have a high EQ. You communicate effectively, read the room, and know how to work collaboratively with both clinical and non-clinical teams, including navigating different personalities, priorities, and work styles.
    • You think strategically while staying hands-on. You may not have “strategist” in your title, but you naturally think beyond the immediate task, understand the bigger picture, and look for ways to improve execution, efficiency, and results.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in marketing execution, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site service business.
    • Strong project management skills (Asana, Trello, or equivalent).
    • Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, etc.), CMS (WordPress), and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Ability to drive to different locations across the greater Los Angeles / SoCal area
