Job Summary:

The Server Assistant supports servers in delivering a high-quality dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, ensuring tables are properly set and cleared, and assisting with various tasks as needed. Responsibilities:

Act as an ambassador and representative for the property, the Village of Los Ranchos, and Albuquerque Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests’ service needs Respond rapidly to customer requests in a professional and hospitable manner Learn the menu so that it can be explained to our guests Serve food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner Partner with other members of the Los Poblanos family to ensure guests have an amazing experience in all aspects of visiting our property Perform opening and closing procedures Perform other job-related duties as assigned Essential Job Functions: Assist customers with seating arrangements Present food or beverage information or menus to customers Prepare hot or cold beverages Serve food or beverages Enforce rules or regulations Collect dirty dishes or other tableware Arrange tables or dining areas Clean food service areas Stock serving stations or dining areas with food or supplies
