The HR Operations Specialist in Compensation supports the execution of global compensation processes within the Shared Business Services (SBS) organization. The role is responsible for data preparation, system updates, and operational support across the annual compensation cycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to timelines.
The role works closely with SBS Specialists, Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE), and HR stakeholders to support the successful delivery of annual pay processes.
