The OPPORTUNITY:

If you are an enterprising individual with a genuine passion for customer engagement and are excited about a career opportunity to offer unique Loyalty solutions to business' challenging problems, this role could be an excellent fit for you. As a Product Specialist in Customer Success team, you will partner with renowned and diverse multinational companies/brands to help them succeed in providing unique and innovative Loyalty Management solutions to their customers.

About the Role:

A Blend of Business Consulting and Product Expertise, your responsibilities will encompass both business consulting and product expertise, enabling you to make a holistic impact on our clients' success. 

You'll:

• Drive end-to-end implementation of GRAVTY® solutions for global enterprise customers.
• Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to understand customer business processes, objectives, and challenges.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure solutions, support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
• Deliver customer training sessions and prepare functional documentation, user guides, and implementation artifacts.
• Support post-implementation activities, including issue resolution, solution optimization, and customer adoption.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and contribute to continuous process and product improvements.

About You :

An exceptional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses:

• 2025/26 MBA graduate specializing in Marketing or Operations. An Engineering degree, preferably in CS/IT, will be an added advantage.
• Pre or Post MBA work experience in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
• Genuine interest in  business consulting, client-facing roles,  and enterprise product delivery.
• A strong passion for solving business problems using technology.
• Curiosity to understand business processes and recommend practical technology solutions.
• A proactive, high energy, street-smart mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
