Soccer Trainer

At LSC, we believe in the power of soccer to bring people together, build confidence, and create a lifelong love for the game. As an LSC Soccer Trainer, you will lead fun and engaging individual and group training sessions for players of all ages and skill levels. Whether a player is kicking a ball for the first time or working to take their game to the next level, you will provide instruction that helps them develop their skills, grow as a teammate, and feel at home on the field. You will also support LSC camps and programs while helping create a welcoming and memorable experience for every player and family who walks through our doors.

On the Field: Coaching & Player Development

• Lead engaging individual and group soccer training sessions, guiding players through drills, skill-building activities, and small-sided games.
• Organize games and activities that let players apply new skills while building teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Tailor sessions to each player's age and ability level, ensuring steady improvement and an enjoyable experience.
• Support LSC's seasonal camps and Family Fun Days programming as needed.

Motivation & Communication

• Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere that keeps players motivated and excited about soccer.
• Keep parents and families informed with progress updates and feedback.

Safety & Setup 

• Ensure the indoor field and equipment are safe, clean, and ready for each session.
• Follow all facility and league safety guidelines to keep players protected.

Admin & Support 

• Manage class rosters, attendance, and player evaluations.
• Assist with facility needs, such as setup and breakdown between sessions and organizing program paperwork.
