AP Bookkeeper – Temporary Position

About the role 

We are looking for an excellent AP Bookkeeper to join our team in Israel.

The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• AP Invoices entries from domestic and broad vendors.
• Check and book petty cash expenses.
• Processing outgoing payment runs twice a month via MASAV
• Credit card adjustments
• Interfaces with supplier chain
• Focal point for vendors

Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bookkeeping Level 2-Mandatory
• Job skills:

• • Previous experience as a company AP bookkeeper up to 3 Years

• Well organized Knowledge in Statistics

• Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications including Microsoft package

• Language skills: English
• Personality:
  • Highly motivated and able to work in fast paced environment
