Event Manager (all genders)

The role and the team

As an Event Manager (all genders), you'll take ownership of the internal events that bring Lucanet's global teams together in person, working alongside three fellow Event Managers to power a busy calendar of 100+ events a year, from team workshops and offsites to a wide range of internal formats.

You'll join our Event Team in Berlin, keeping operations, materials, budgets, and meeting spaces running like clockwork so colleagues across Lucanet can focus on what matters most to them. You'll also support customer, prospect, and partner events alongside our teams, in a company that's remote-first but still believes face-to-face moments make all the difference. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

• Plan and run internal formats, including team events, offsites, and workshops, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Support the planning and on-site execution of customer, prospect, and partner events alongside our teams.
• Manage meeting spaces and setups across our office locations, rounding things off with great catering and formats.
• Track budgets across team events and own the documentation, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Keep materials organized and everyone aligned on where things stand behind the scenes.
• Scout new ideas, formats, and venues, and bring them into how Lucanet does events.

What you bring

You have:

• Hands-on experience planning and running events in a corporate or in-house environment, comfortable managing multiple events in parallel.
• A highly organized, detail-oriented way of working, keeping logistics, materials, and budgets on track.
• Confidence with Office 365 and openness to using AI tools to work more efficiently.
• Fluent German and very good English, spoken and written.
• Based in Berlin, with willingness to travel to support events across Europe.

• A sharp eye for fresh event formats, venues, and dinner spots, and enjoy bringing new ideas into how a team runs events
