    Job Purpose:

    For coverage of Maharashtra, India’s potential customer and contribution to achieve monthly & yearly business plans.

    Job Context:

    The position is responsible for: Marketing Activity & Sales Generation in Maharashtra region for LEI.

    • Identify opportunities within defined geographical area to quantify business potential for Lucy Electric Products in Utility, Private & Industries Market.
    • Responsible to achieve and exceed the business plan with maximum sales realization in the region.
    • Responsible for demand generation and market development activities.
    • To develop new customer base and to create new business initiative activities.
    • Identifying and exploring new business avenues to increase sales turnover and profit margins.
    • Interacting closely with Industries, Utility's ,CP’s, and Consultants to specify our products in the upcoming tenders resulting in sales.
    • Continuous innovation in sales to overtake the competition.
    • Closely work with Key Accounts like Railways private sector, Utilities…etc.
    • Prepare technical and commercial offers for projects and sales.
    • Promote company's capabilities / product to end user, EPC, consultants and clients.
    • Achieve sales order and monitor the status in order to ensure timely delivery.

    Qualification, Experience & Skills:

    Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: - B.E./ B.Tech. (Electrical)

    Minimum Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and/or Business Development
    • Minimum 4+ years working experience in similar industry

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    1) Promoting Customer Focus: Assist with the development of internal communications and work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs.
    2) Customer Needs Clarification: Interview the customer, following a complex multilevel sales script, to clarify the customer's requirements, or assist in conducting interviews with potential customers, making detailed notes to collect client requirements.
    3) Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Make calls (by telephone or in person) to allocated customers to develop new relationships. Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
    4) Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
    5) Sell Customer Propositions: Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, explain the selection to the customer, and invite the customer to make a purchase at the standard price/terms and conditions of sale.
    6) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to create a call plan and to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
    7) Performance Management: Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
    8) Personal Capability Building: Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
    9) Operational Compliance: Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.

    Qualifications

    Educational Requirements: Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education
    General Experience Requirement: Basic experience of simple office / operational systems (4 to 6 months)
    Managerial Experience Requirement: Very limited (0 to 3 months)
