Senior Technical Recruiter

As a **Senior Technical Recruiter** at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make healthcare more efficient. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent that aligns with our culture. If you’re people-focused, driven to make an impact, and passionate about building a winning team, this could be the role for you. **_Our team is in-office 4 days a week (Monday - Friday, Wednesday optional WFH) in either San Fransisco, California or New York, New York._** ### What You'll Do * Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions – Engineering, Product, and Design * Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions * Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline * Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling * Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication * Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes ### What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS) * Proven success hiring for technical teams * Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationships * Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders * Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience * Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby) * Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks * Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones * Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace * Experience with healthcare hiring is a huge plus
