This role involves a combination of clinical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of the complexities of women's mental health. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned psychiatrist with a passion for women's mental health, a visionary leader, and a compassionate caregiver. **Key Responsibilities** * **Clinical Leadership:** Oversee the clinical team, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care * and ethical practice.

Lead by example in providing exceptional mental health services. * **Patient Care:** Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment for women, including * diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management with a focus on personalized care. * **Program Development:** Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative * mental health programs and services that meet the evolving needs of women. * **Training and Supervision:** Mentor and supervise psychiatric nurse practitioners and other mental * health professionals, including oversight of collaborative practice agreements and chart review as * required by state regulations.
