The role
Seasonal Sales Assistants work at the forefront of our business & provide 5-star customer service during our busiest time of year. We're looking for passionate, motivated and caring individuals to connect with our customers and showcase our beautiful products. All Lush employees should be excellent team players, ready to receive and offer feedback to build on our skills.
You'll ask insightful questions to understand the right products for each customer and showcase them through engaging product demonstrations. Give shop tours through thoughtful link sales, create bespoke routines, host parties & events, and provide pampering sit-down consultations with decadent hand and arm massages as part of our daily work.
With in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you will be a Lush Ambassador representing our ethics and values to our customers, and play a crucial part in creating the ultimate experience for our guests at our busiest time of the year.

You must have availability for at least:

- 2 full weekday s

- 1 full weekend day

Including early starts (7am earliest) and late finishes (9pm latest).

Contracted sizes may start small, but there will be opportunities to increase weekly contracted hours as we enter the festive season later in the year. 4-8 hour contracts initially.

Sales assistant hourly rate is £13.45 per hour

This is a temporary role which is set to end on 31st December 2026. There will be opportunities for temporary roles to become permanent, more will be communicated about this closer to the time.
